2. Methyl methacrylate is not only an organic chemical raw material, but also can be used directly as a chemical product. As an organic chemical raw material, it is mainly used in the production of plexiglass (polymethyl methacrylate, PM-MA), as well as in the production of polyvinyl chloride additives ACR and as the second monomer in the production of acrylic fiber.
